It’s today I was trying to do a wordpress admin login to one of my clients wordpress powered websites admin area, I was redirecting to a 404 page called http://x.x.x.x/404.html page! It’s something like when I try to login on http://domain.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fdomain.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 after have submitted the login form it’s redirecting me on a http://x.x.x.x/404.html page.
